Dena has been coaching and training in organizations for over 20 years and is a self published author of books, audio programs, products and articles on numerous professional and personal development subjects. Her dynamic and engaging presentation styles combined with her vibrant energy and love for life brings a refreshing delivery of strategic solutions to strengthen leadership in any organization. Being a nationally recognized Motivational Speaker, she is often called upon for Keynote events.

Dena is former Director of Corporate Services for the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (IPEC) as well as a graduate and instructor/facilitator for their professional coaching certification programs. She is certified by Genos and Swineburne University in Australia as a facilitator for the Emotional Intelligence 360 Assessment Development Program and accredited to train the trainer on this program also. Additional certifications include Corporate Stress Management Consultant with the International Association for Counselors and Therapists, Certified Employment Training Specialists by UC San Francisco and a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Federation of Neurolinguistic Psychology (NFNLP). Dena continues her studies with the Institute for Advanced Neuro-Research and Education in NYC and the Anthony Robins Leadership Academy.
