Heather is the 2008 Award Recipient of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce Woman-owned/Managed Organization of the year. She has been featured as a subject matter expert in the field of Executive Coaching in Garden State Women’s Magazine, Smart Enterprise Magazine, Network World, & Computerworld Magazine. She has also been a guest speaker on Magic 98.3 FM and Central Jersey 101.3. She is a sought after keynote speaker and her delivery style is very engaging, informative and interactive.

Heather is an organization development consultant specializing in 3 key areas: Leadership Development Training, Executive Coaching, and Women’s Leadership Forums. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and has over fifteen years of management experience. She has consulted for a number of major organizations such as: Schering-Plough, Comcast Cable, AT&T Capital Corporation, Compaq Financial Services, CIT Group, Atlantic Health Systems, Archdiocese of Newark, March of Dimes, J.H. Cohn, and many others.

She has worked out of the Continuing Education Departments at Bergen Community College & County College of Morris. She has received a Certificate in Management from the American Management Association and is certified to deliver Energy Leadership Assessment, Genos Emotional Intelligence 360 Degree Assessment, Achieve Global Leadership Series, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Take Charge of your Career, and Path of Dialogue. She is a graduate of the number one Nationally recognized Coaching School - Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC) and is an Executive Coach. She an Executive Coach for Richmond Events CIO/HR Summits, and served as a facilitator for the NJ Governors Initiative: Preventing Childhood Obesity.

Heather is a committee member of the Morris County Advisory Committee on Women and also serves on the Steering Committee for Women in Business (part of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce). She holds memberships in American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), International Coaching Federation (ICF), National Association of Professional Women and Who’s Who Among Business Professionals. Heather serves in various leadership roles for her church, and is a Cub Scout Den Leader. She has been a Group Leader & Hot Line Counselor for Jersey Battered Women’s Service and a Patient Liaison at Morristown Memorial Hospital ICU Dept.
