Transforming the Way Leaders Lead

The Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF) is a membership organization dedicated to helping female leaders succeed in today’s business environment.

 

 

The WLF is comprised of 8-10 Management-level professional women who explore how to successfully lead in today’s business environment.  Members share challenges and opportunities that they are currently facing, as well as, learn new approaches and strategies.  Each member lends insight, support and expertise to help their colleague develop a plan of action.

 

The group meets once a month for three hours.  Attendance at each session is strongly suggested to gain the most from your membership.

  • Leading with Emotional Intelligence
  • Energy Leadership-what do you resonate at?
  • Leading in the Generational Workforce
  • Establishing & Maintaining a work/life balance
  • Promoting yourself for the next leadership position
  • Bridging the gap between male/female communications in the workforce
