Reed
is a Senior Consultant. Prior to joining, Reed was a strategic consultant
and director with Humana Inc., one of the nation's largest
consumer-centric health plans. With Humana, Reed led several large-scale
organizational efforts and filled various leadership roles in customer
service operations. Reed is certified as a CIAC Strategic Call Center
Leader and joined with his expertise in strategy and organizational design
