Katherine L. Poehnert
holds a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology and is a certified
executive coach. She is
certified to deliver the Genos EI 360 assessment.
She
focuses her individual client market on helping corporate leaders,
particularly women, to gain access to success by supporting them in
clarifying professional goals, aligning values with decisions, trusting
instincts, and fostering real conversations.
Ms. Poehnert spent five years as a
corporate seminar presenter for Ceridian Performance Partners, serving
many Fortune 500 Companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Kraft, Merck,
and Chase Manhattan. She has designed dozens of workshops, courses,
trainings, teleclasses and keynotes, and is currently serving as a lead
coach trainer and teleclass instructor for iPEC Coaching; an international
Coach Training Institute accredited by the International Coaching
Federation, serving in New York City, New England, and New Jersey.
Katherine’s corporate clients include
AT&T, Liz Claiborne, Donna Karan, Prudential, Deloitte & Touche
LLP, and Primerica Financial Services, and she has coached women in
management positions at Borders Books and Liz Claiborne.
