Hueina Su, MS, BSN, CEC, is Professional Business & Life Coach, consultant, writer, speaker, and the Founder & President of Beyond Horizon Coaching, a coaching and training company specializing in providing solutions for Work Life Balance, Nurturing Burnout, Intensive Self-Care and Stress Management. Prior to becoming a Professional Business & Life Coach, she has worked as a counselor, trainer, Registered Nurse, Assistant Director for a nonprofit healthcare foundation, Chair of Asian-American Heritage Month Organizing Committee (George Mason University), academic and cultural program coordinator, small business owner, etc.  She received her coaching training from the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC Coaching, one of the world’s foremost ICF-accredited coaching schools), and has more than 15 years of experience in coaching, counseling, training, mentoring and nursing. Hueina Su holds a Master of Science in Family Studies from University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from National Taiwan University.  She is a current member of International Coach Federation (ICF), New Jersey Professional Coaches Association (NJPCA), and serves on the Diversity Council of New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO). With her extensive personal and professional experiences as a "nurturer", Hueina Su understands deeply the challenges that women nurturers face every day. She has experienced and overcome Nurturing Burnout first-hand as a nurse caring for cancer patients, and again as a full-time counselor with a newborn. She has since successfully made the transitions from full-time career woman to full-time working mother, then full-time stay-at-home mom, and now an entrepreneur & professional coach.
